We run very flexible support system for our clients.
Our business strategy is built to offer basically two types of support system:
i. Legacy support: On fault discovery, locate our closest care centre and get your faulty device for registration and fix.
ii. Convenience support: If you are very occupied and can not get to the system or device to the care centre, kindly pay for pickup and delivery in the tune of #1,500 for locations within Abuja.
i. ANTIVIRUS: BITDEFENDER, AVAST, KAPERSKY etc
ii. SERVER OPERATING SYSTEM: WINDOWS SERVER 2012, 2016, REDHAT LINUX, SUSE LINUX, VMWARE ESXi.
iii. WORKSTATION OPERATING SYSTEM: WINDOWS 8, WINDOWS 10.
iv. CLOUD SERVICE: Microsoft Azure, Vmware, Microsoft Hyper V.
v. MONITORING SOLUTIONS
vi. LOADBALANCERS AND CLUSTER DEVICES
N.B: *******All licenses would be gotten from the respective OEMS or third party resellers.
